摘　　要：本文总结１９８９年至１９９４年３１例结核性胸膜炎住院患者的治疗经验。认为早期诊断早期治疗，且在加强抗痨治疗的基础上辅之皮质激素和及时抽胸水治疗，可获得满意疗效。it is the summiry of the experience in treating thirty one tuberculous pleurisy impatients in our hospital. We think that satisfactory therapeutic effects can be achieved if the method of reinforced anti-TB treatmeat with addition of cortex hormone and pumping promptly the accumlated liquid in thoracic cavity is adopted on the basis of early diagnosis and early treatmeat
