曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴抗原的免疫特性及特异性抗体检测

摘　　要：通过ＥＬＩＢ技术对曼氏裂头蚴可溶性抗原的免疫学特性进行分析，并用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对特异性抗体作了检测。结果表明：裂头蚴抗原内有５种组分被感染兔血清识别，其中低分子量组分是主要的血清学抗原；裂头蚴感染可使宿主产生高水平的抗体反应；用ＥＬＩＳＡ法诊断裂头蚴感染简便可行。Teh immunological haracteristics of Sparganum mansoni soluble antigen andits crossreaction with several other parasites were analysed by means of ELIB and ELISA. The re-sults of ELIB showed that there were five reactive bands with serum mixture of two Spar-ganum mansoni infected rabbits,and the 26.5～30KD proteins were the main serologicalantigens。Sparganum mansoni antigens had cross reaction against several other parasites,a-mong those the Cysticercosis cellulosae was the most distinct one. The results of ELISAshowed that the titer of specific antibody reached l:1280,but for most cross reactions,thetiter of them was lower than 1 :80.This indicated when the detecting serum was diluted to1:100,the result of ELISA was an important reference for diagnosing Sparganum mansoniinfection in human.
