鼠伤寒沙门菌的裂解气相色谱分析

摘　　要：应用裂解气相色谱分析１０株鼠伤寒沙门菌。结果表明：本沙门菌热裂解气相色谱图可分为Ａ类６株，其中ＩＡ组１株，ＩＢ组２株，ＩＣ组株；Ｂ类４株，其中２Ａ组２株，２Ｂ组２株。组内裂解气相色谱相同，组间裂解气相色谱相似。细菌裂解图谱与血清学和药敏之间未发现有规律性的联系。以上色谱图表现对鼠伤寒沙门菌的鉴定和色谱图库的建立有参考价值。he chromatograms of ten strains of Salmonella typhimurium using pyrolysis gas chro-matography (PGC)were analyzed. Nine strain were isolated from the stool and one from theheart blood.The results indicated that the strains might be divided into 2 groups by PGC,i.e. Group A(6 strains)and Group B(4 strains).Because of the diversity of graphs of the or-ganisms,Group A organisms may be subdivided into Group Al(2 strairis),A2(2 strains)andA3(2 strains)and Group B organisms may be subdivided into Group Bl(2 strains)and B2(2strains).The graphs within each subgroup were completely the same and had close similari-ty among them. Although no regular connection of chromatograms with serological typesand drug-sensitive pattern of organisms could be seen,the graphs may provide a useful ref-erence to establish a bank of chromatograms,and to idenlify Salmonella typhimurium organ- isms.
