左归降糖灵对实验性糖尿病的防治作用

摘　　要：左归降糖灵对四氧嘧啶引起的糖尿病小鼠有防治作用。预先给予该药６．２５ｇ／ｋｇ，可明显抑制四氧嘧啶引起小鼠血糖升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；连续９天给予剂量为１２．５ｇ／ｋｇ，能显著降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖水平（Ｐ＜０．０１），其降糖作用有明显的剂量效应关系（ｒ＝０．８９，Ｐ＜０．０１）。The drug Zuogui Jiangtangling has prevtnting and curing actions onmouse diabetes modeled by alloxan,If the mice were fed the drug 6.25g/kg in advance,thedrug can inhibit obviously the alloxan to rise mouse blood sugar(P<0.05).If mice were fednine days continuously with the drug 12.5g/ kg,the drug can lower remarkably the bloodsugar level of an alloxan diabetes mouse(P<0.01 ),and its action lowering blood sugar hasan obvious dosage effactor relation(r=0.89,P<0.01)。
