摘 要:利用等电聚焦聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,分析了大白菜、甘兰、绿菜花、甜椒中8个常用杂交种及其亲本(共24份材料)的种子水溶蛋白电泳图谱。结果表明,等电聚焦电泳技术分辨率高,电泳条带多而且细,各材料蛋白谱带都在20条左右,信息量大,利于进行深入细致的分析。8个杂交品种(F1)与其亲本间蛋白电泳图谱都有明显区别,并以此做为检验纯度的依据,进一步建立了这8个杂交种的纯度检验技术,同时在田间进行了验证性测定,二者鉴定结果相符,证明了本方法的可靠性。In this study eight vegetable F1 hybrid cultivars were clearly distinguished from their parents based on the protein band patterns. A method of testing hybrid seed purity was developed by using seed water-soluble protein isoelectric focusing electrophoresis. The purity test results were attested to be correct by the congentional method of field test which needed several months. The protein electrophoresis is quick, easy, cheap and accurate, as compared with the traditional method and also can be a very useful tool in genetic analysis for vegetable breeders.
