微粒计数器计数法与药典法检测微粒的比较

摘　　要：用国产ＫＦ－４微粒计数器、药典微孔滤膜－显微镜法对２５批注射液中不溶性微粒进行了检测比较试验，结果表明，二法检测结果基本一致。The KF-4 particle counter method and the filter membrane-microscopic method adopted by the Pbarmacopoeia of People's Republic of China in detection of insoluble particles in 25 batches of injection were compared.The detected results of the two methods were essentially in agreement.
