选用不同条件测定皮癣灵对真菌MIC值的影响

摘　　要：采用正文试验设计测定菌种、菌数、培养基ｐＨ、试验方法四因素对皮癣灵ＭＩＣ值的影响。结果皮癣灵对皮肤丝状菌效果最好，对白色念珠菌稍次。试验所设菌数，培养基ｐＨ和试验方法对药物的ＭＩＣ值无影响。The influences of four factors to Pixuanlin MIC values were determined using an orthogonal design, The four factors were species of microbe,the number of microbe,the pH value of the medium and the test method.The result showed that the susceptibility of dermatophytes was the highest and a little higher than that of candida albicans.The microbe number,medium pH value and test method had no influence on MIC value.
