抗癣灵霜皮肤用药毒性研究

摘　　要：对抗癣灵霜进行皮肤急性毒性，皮肤刺激性及皮肤过敏等动物实验，实验结果表明，抗癣灵霜对完整及破损皮肤均无毒性反应、无刺激性、无致敏作用，是一种安全有效的抗真菌新药。The tests of acute toxicity, irrita tion and supersensitivity on rabbits and guinea pigs skin for Kangxuanling skin cream(Ⅰ) were studied. The results showed that I is safe and effective antifungal drug as there were no toxicities and irritation on rabbits skin both healthy and damaged and no supersensitivities on guinea pigs skin
