摘　　要：用反相高效液相色谱法快速测定赤芍中芍药甙含量的方法。采用ＰＥ３×３Ｃ１８（０．４６×３．３ｃｍ）短柱，磷酸二氢钠溶液（０．００５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）：甲醇（８０：２０），稀磷酸调ｐＨ至３．３作流动相，５０％乙醇作赤芍的提取溶剂，水浴迥流法制备供试液。能使芍药甙峰得到很好的分离，呈良好线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９９８），加样回收率达９８．０８％。该法快速省时、简便、精密度高，经济、实用。A method of rapid determination of paeoniflorin in paeonia lactiflora by RP-HPLC was reported.The column is PE 3 × 3 ID. packed with ODS (0. 46 × 3. 3cm ).The mobile phase is mixture of sodi mndihydrogen phosphate (0.005mol/L)and methanol: 20)the pH of which is 3.3, adjusted by diluted phosphric acid.The flow rate is 1.0ml/min, The test soiution was prepated using ethanol(50%)by refluxing. The results showed that the peak of paeoniflorin was separated. The calibration curves showed a good linearity(r=0.5998). The average recovery is 98.08%, This method is rapid,simple and accurate.
