摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了５１０口服液中芍药甙含量。该方法准确、精密、灵敏、简便，为含芍药的中药制剂提供了一种考察其质量的有效方法。RP-HPLC method was estabilished for the determination of paeoniflorin in 510 oral liquid.Paeoniflorin can be separated by ODS column with a mobile phase of MeOH:0.005M NaH2po4(29:71),column temperature was 30℃,The detection limit was 1.7ng(S/N=5:1)which was determined by the peak aera measurement using an external standard.The calibration curve was linear in the range 0.01032～12. 9μg(r=0. 9999).The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 101.2±0. 95%(n=9).
