赖氨布洛芬注射液的药效学研究

摘　　要：赖氨布洛芬注射液［ＩＬＩ］的主药５０、２５、１２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｍ对伤寒－副伤寒甲乙三联菌苗致热家兔或对角叉菜胶致热大鼠均有解热作用，强于等剂量安乃近注射液组。１００、２５、１２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｍ对醋酸性小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用，并强于等剂量安乃近注射液组；对热刺激小鼠的疼痛反应也有明显的抑制作用。１５０、７５、１２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｍ大、中剂量组对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及各剂量组对角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀均有显著的抑制作用，并强于等剂量安乃近注射液［ＡＩ］组。mg/kg im,of Ibuprofen-L-Lysine injection(ILI)showed antipyretic effect on fevered rabbits induced by typhoparatyphoid vaccine or on fevered rats induced by injection of carrageenin. Mouse writhing response test was used to study influence of ILI on analogesia. The writhing response in mice was inhibited after administering ILI in dose of 50、25、12.5mg/kg im and the hurt response in mice for hot irritation was inhibited,too,150、75、12.5mg/kg of ILI im showed antiinflammatory effect on mouse induced by 2-methyl-benzene or induced by injection of carrageenin in rats.The effects of ILI were stronger than those in analgin groups of the same dose.
