摘  要:本文对30例小儿静脉全麻病人进行了SpO2观察。重点观察记录麻醉开始前2~5’,麻醉诱导面罩给氧时,气管插管时,麻醉开始后60~70’,麻醉停药后5~10’,脱离麻醉机氧供后5~10’,拔除气管导管前2~5’,拔管后2~5’,拔管后15~20’等时间的SpO2值,将结果进行统计学处理。结果显示:(1)气管插管时SpO2值明显低于麻醉诱导面罩给氧时。(2)脱离麻醉机氧供后5~10’时的SpO2值明显低于麻醉停药后5~10’时的水平。(3)拔管后2~5’时的SpO2值明显低于拔管前2~5’时的SpO2值。说明在小儿静脉全麻过程中,以上三个环节最容易发生缺氧。麻醉中应注意把握这些环节,严密呼吸管理和监测,才能有效地防止全麻意外和并症的发生。The changes of SPO2 in 30 children with intravenous anesthesia were observed.The SpO2 values were specifically recorded 2-5 minutes before anesthesia,during the induction of anesthesia while oxygenating with face mask and endotracheal intubatton,60-70 minutes after the onset of anesthesia,5-10 minutes after discontinuance of the intravenous uanesthetics,5-10 minutes after disconnection from the oxygenation system to the patients,and 2-5 minutes before and 2-5 minutes and 15-20 minutes after extuation Statistically,the results showed:①the SpO2 during endotracheal intubation was significantly lower than that during induction anesthesia oxygenating with fece mask;②SpO2 5-10 minutes after disconnection form the oxygenation system to paients was significantly lower than that of 5-10 minutes after stopping of intravenous anesthetics;③Sp2 2-5 minutes after of ehdotrachael tube was significantly lower than that 2-5 minutes before the its withdrawal.These results suggested during intravenous anestheias the children were most susceptible to anoxia at the time while performing the endofracheal intubation,5-10 minutes after the disconnection from the oxygenation system and 2-5 minutes after extubation.Thus we must pay special attention to these three time periods and gave intense care to patient to prevent the occurrence of accidents and complications of intravenous anesthsia.
