摘　　要：本文建立了闪烁显像定量研究唾液腺功能的方法；研究了正常受试者和Ｓｊｏｇｒｅｎ’ｓＳｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ患者的唾液腺功能。结果表明：定量指标高峰出现时间，排泌时间，排泌分数和排泌率能较准确地反映唾液腺功能；Ｓｊｏｇｒｅｎ’ｓＳｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ患者的腮腺功能是明显低于正常人，且依病程及病情严重程度而表现为不同的功能状态。Abstract A scintigraphic technique for quantitative analysis of salivary gland function was developed and a contrast study between normal subjects and patient with Sjogren's Syndrome was carried out.The results shweol that the parameters,including time of maxium(Tmax) activity.ejection fraction(EF)、ejection period(EP) and ejection rate(ER),were able to reflect the changes of salivary gland function;The salivary gland fuaction of Sjogren's Syndrome was significantly different from that of the normal subjects.
