摘　　要：本文将确诊的干燥综合征３１例，正常对照２９人，分二组作四项泪液蛋白检测：溶菌酶、转铁蛋白、ＩｇＡ、纤维连接蛋白等四项检源。用美国ＩＣＳ—ｚ型免疫化学分析仪测量。溶菌酶正常值为１６００９±１４０００ｍｇ％，病人为１１３０００±９００ｍｇ％；ＩｇＡ正常值为２９．４１±１１ｍｇ％，病人为２６．９７±１５ｍｇ％；纤维连接蛋白正常为０．４９±０．０１ｍｇ％，病人为０．３９±０．１２ｍｇ％。三项蛋白均较正常低，但秩和检验无显著性差异，ｐ＞０．５。转铁蛋白较正常值明显降低为７．１ｍｇ％，说明干眼者不但水份减少，而且有泪腺功能损害，其中蛋白成份减少的程度依次为：转铁蛋白、溶菌酶、ＩｇＡ及纤维连接蛋白。The artical has done tear immunoglobu lin analysis of 31 cases of Sjogrens'Syndrome and 20 case normal persons.Both are divided into two groups.The Machan of immunological chemical analysis ICS-2 type mada by USA was used.The Lysogyme,Value in normal is 16000±14000mg%,Patient is 11300±900mg%.IgA value as 29.41 ±11mg%,Patients as 26.97±15mg%,Faberrinlactin normal is 0.49 ±0.01mg%,Patients 0.39±0.12mg%.Three type of protirs in patients are loiver than normnl penson,but no Significent importence.p>0.5 Lactofenin is significent lower than normal,is 7.1mg%.This result show in Sjogren's Syndrome, not only tear aqueous decrease but olso the protient decrease.These result of funclion of lacrimal gland damaged.
