摘 要:描述了EPC-V法在浇注期间EPS的热变化及铸铁件皱皮缺陷形成的过程;研究了EPC-V法工艺因素对铸铁件皱皮缺陷的影响,提出了减轻和消除皱皮缺陷的方法和措施。生产实践证明,采用EPC-V法工艺可以大批量生产合格的精密铸铁件。when iron castings are produced by the EPC-V process,some incompletely decomposedproducts of EPS due to pyrolysis will deposit on the surface of the castings known as wrin-kles,This paper describes the formation of wrinkles and studies the influence of the processparameters on the wrinkles. Experimental results show that proper process parameters,such as the low density pattern, suitable EPS which vaporizes completely and quickly,highpermeability of the sand and coating, high pouring temperature and proper gating system areall beneficial to minimizing or eliminating wrinkle formation.The wrinkles also have some-thing to do with the structure of the castings.Castings with low modulus and thin wall ex-hibit less inclination to form wrinkles. For castings with low modulus and thick wall,a skimriser should be used,It has been proved in practice that the EPC-V process can be used inthe mass production of accurate iron castings.
