摘  要:利用参数化模型的方法,对虚形体的参数化模型进行了研究和探讨,并介绍了在三轴数控加工中几种常见刀具在运动过程中形成虚形体的参数方程表达式,为解决NC检验中碰撞干涉的算法开辟了一条思路。Geometric modelling ofr the swept volume is important to simulating theinterferencebetween a moving solid and its environment.This paper presents a parametrized modelmethod for modelling the swept volume by computing a family of critical curves from a mov-ing solid.With this method, precise parametric representation for the surface generated bytypical NC milling tools during three-axis motion is presented in terms of the envelope theo-ry.The swept volume for each cutter motion is determined.Based on this approach,the in-tersection calculation can be carried out and NC programmed checking as well as collisionalinterference check and a toolpath simulating system can be developed.
