摘 要:针对目前监测与诊断系统的不足,在分析FMS多发性故障机理的基础上,提出了一种柔性制造环境下基于质量控制的状态监测与故障诊断集成系统的实现方法。着重介绍了监测与诊断策略。该系统经过实验验证,表明了其有效性与合理性。On the basis of an analysis on thecauses of frequently occurring faults in an FMS and inview of the shortcomings of existing monitoring and diagnosing systems, the implementationof a quality-control-based monitoring and diagnosing system in a flexible manufacturing envi-ronment is proposed.It consists of the architecture of the integrated diagnostic expert sys-tem as well as the strategy of monitoring and diagnosis. The principle of the feature extrac-tion and the determination of the threshold value,especially the monitoring-based overallfuzzy decision with multiple sensors and multiple parameters are discussed.AmuIti-leveldiagnostic model based on the fault tree analysis method is described from the developmentand reasoning of the knowledge base, The knowledge acquisition and representation,thebotdeneck of an expert system are also discussed.
