摘 要:为改善聚苯胺(PAn)表面的亲水性,在化学氧化法制备的聚苯胺片表面接枝共聚丙烯酰胺(AAm).研究了Ar+辉光放电等离子体处理PAn表面以及共聚条件对表面接枝共聚反应的影响.结果表明丙烯酰胺可以在酸掺杂表面进行接枝共聚反应;Ar+辉光放电等离子体处理PAn表面后可以提高AAm在PAn表面上的接枝量。通过反射FTIR,SEM,XPS等研究表征了接技改性后PAn表面结构和形态。测定了相应的PAn表面与水的接触角以及电导率。The graft copolymerization of acrylamide(AAm)on the surface of acd-doped polyani-line(PAn)is studied. The effects of surface treatment of PAn and various copolymerizationconditions have been investigated.It has been found that the surfaces of acid-doped PAnhave been modified to higher hydrophilicity after grafting with AAm and if Ar+ glow dis-charge plasma(Ar+ plasma)treatment is performed before graft copolymerization,the graft-ing density of AAm on the surface of acid-doped PAn is increased. The surface compositionand morphology of PAn modified by grafting AAm have been characterized by reflectionFTIR,SEM and XPS.
