摘 要:分析和研究了带经济器制冷系统最佳循环中压pm与螺杆压缩机中压进气口位置的对应关系,指出:最佳性原则不是位置点的选择,而是中压补气过程的可逆性设计,试验表明,这一设计方法可供参考。It is well accepted that the selection of the position of the intermediate pressure air suc-tion is very important to a screw compressor with an economizer. However,a thermodynam-ic analysis of the relationship between the intermediate pressure of the system circulation andthe low pressure in the secondary suction chamber within the screw compressor shows thatthe influence of the location of the intermediate pressure suction on the performance of ascrew compressor with an economizer is unremarkable. It is suggested that the reversibilityof the suction stroke of the intermediate pressure gas be used as an important design criteri-on. Experimental results show that the criterion is valuable to engineering application.
