摘  要:研究了Al-Mg合金在循环蠕变条件下的应变突发现象,以及突发应变出现的温度和应力范围。基于循环蠕变位错结构观察的结果,提出一种新的位错胞崩塌理论来定量说明应变突发出现的临界循环应力、临界溶质浓度及突发应变消失的温度.定量计算表明,该理论的预期值与Al-Mg合金现有的实验结果很相符。The strain burst phenomenon and the range of the stress and temperature when such aphenomenon occurs in Al-Mg alloys under cyclic creep condition are studied.A new theorybased on the breakdown of dislocation cell walls is proposed to explain quantitatively the crit-ical stress when the strain burst will occur and the critical solute concentration as well as thecritical temperature when the strain burst will disappear.The burst strain has been found tobe mainly from the contribution of obstacle dislocation in cell walls rather than that of mobiledislocation in the cell interior. The expected magnitudes of stress and temperature predictedwith the theory proposed are in good agreement with experimental results published else-where.
