摘 要:用4个来源不同的粳型光敏核不育系和5个恢复系组成4×5不完全双列杂交,分析了抽穗日数、株高、单株有效穗数、穗长、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、结实率、着粒密度、千粒重和单株粒重10个主要农艺性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力效应以及F_1优势表现。结果表明:杂种性状同时受不育系、恢复系和组合的特殊配合力共同作用。配合力总效应、一般配合力总效应与杂交水稻单株粒重及其农艺性状间关系密切,可用来预测杂种优势。4个不育系的一般配合力效应在不同性状上各有特点,恢复系R183-1和R187一般配合力较高。4个优良组合为31301s/R183-1,7001s/R187、N5088s/R183-1和N5088s/R187。photoperiod-sensitive genic male-sterile lines of Japonica rice and 5 restoring lines were used to make a 4×5 incomplete diallel crosses, The heterosis and the combining ability of l0 main agronomic traits were analysed. The results are as follows: The characters of hybrid rice are common influenced by the GCA of the genic male-sterile lines and the restoring lines and the SCA of parent. The total combining ability (TCA) values and the total general combining ability values(TGCA)are quite associated with the real values of grains weight per plant and the other agronomic characters, The heterosis may be predicted with TCA and TGCA, The GCA of 4 genic male-sterile lines have their own characteristics in different traits,while the restoring lines, as R183-l and Rl87, have high GCA values hthe most traits.4 elit combinations were 3l30ls/R183-1,7001s/R187,N5088s/R183-1and N5088s/R187.
