摘 要:1987~1988年及1991年对武汉南湖摇蚊幼虫分别进行了定量的水平和垂直采样,获幼虫15种,隶属3个亚科,10个属。中国长足摇蚊(TonypuschinensisWang)、Propsilocerusaka-musi(Tokunaga)和半褶皱摇蚊(Chinomusplumosusf.semireductuslenz)是3个优势种。幼虫群落的平均密度为1392个/m2,其中5月的密度最低(315个/m2),9月最大(2941个/m2);平均生物量为10.4g/m2,12月最大,达22.9g/m2。3个优势种在底泥中有不同的垂直分布形式。大部分种类存在于0~20cm,但P.akamusi在5~10月间90%的幼虫迁移到更深的泥层(30~50cm)。影响P.akamusi的垂直分布的因子可能是温度(>19℃)。同时提出垂直迁移的种类可以分成2个类型,即夏潜型和冬潜型。这两种迁移都对彼得生等相似类型采泥器的取样结果产生明显影响。Quantitative samples including vertical-stratification samples of chironomid lar-vae were collected in Nanhu Lake, Wuhan, China, in 1987 ~ 1988 and in May, 1991. Fifteenspecies belonging to ten genera and three subfamilies were found. Tanypus chinensis Wang, Prop-silocerus akamusi (Tokunaga) and Chironomus plumosus f. semireductus Lenz were three dominant forms. The larvae showed different vertical distribution in the muddy bottom. Most species were present at depths of 0~20 cm, while P. akamusi moved to the deeper ooze with 90% of larvae at 20~40 cm from May to October. The average density of chironomids was 1392 ind/m2 with a min-imum of 315 ind/m2 in May, and a maximum of 2941 ind/m2 in September. The average biomass was 10. 4 g/m2 with a maximum of 22. 9 g/m2 in December. The limiting factors for horizontal dis-tribution vaires among different species. The vertical distribution of P. akamusi might be due to the presence of temperature above 19℃. Species with vertical movements can be classified into two groups, summer-downmove and winter-downmove. Both of them influence apparently the sampling results if a Peterson or an Ekman-Birge grab is used.
