酯基羧酸钠的研制及对浮选性能的研究

摘　　要：以普通脂肪酸为原料合成的酯基羧酸钠，对磷块岩和方解石纯矿物进行了试验，结果表明该捕收剂具有较好的耐低温性。对磷矿石的浮选效果达到与加温浮选结果相近的指标。Tests are conducted on pure mineral of phosphate rock and calcite using ester carboxylic sodium synthesized by ordinary fat ty acid The results show that the collector can be used at ambient temperature,and the flotation efficiency for phosphate ore at ambient temperature is similar to it at high-temperature.
