摘　　要：本文针对塔的特点，在检验中主要采用水洗型荧光渗透探伤和钛钢爆炸复合板超声波探伤两项新技术，查出了内衬钛焊缝表面的缺陷以及衬钛层下的腐蚀空洞，并对缺陷进行了安全性能的综合评价。The two new technologies ,washable fluorescent pene-trable inspection and ultrasonic inspection of explosivecompound plates of titanium and steel, were firstly usedfocusing on the process and structure characteristies of re-actors with multilayer wrapped plate titanium linings andleakage of titanium lining seams, the surface defects ofseams of internal titanium linings and corrosion holes undertitanium linings were discovered. which were difficultlyfound out with other methods ,and a comprehensive assess-ment of safety performance was conducted for technicalstatus of the reactors.
