摘　　要：应用运筹学和计算机方法，在考虑多种优化原则条件下，提出了露天矿两分区开采采剥关系动态优化模型，并应用现代控制理论作出了分区开采竞争型采剥关系动态最优调控方法。With the aid of operations resarch and computers, two dynamic optimization models of the relation between mining and stripping of open-pit sectional mining method are develooped.Modern control theory is used to adjust this compititive relation dynamical ly.
