摘　　要：着重介绍光位置传感器（ＰＳＤ）的工作原理、主要特性，讨论了它的输出信号解算方法和应用技术关键。根据ＰＳＤ的特点，对其应用方法作了一些探讨。The paper introduees the operation principle and the main characteristics of light-position sensor (PSD).and discusses the solution method ot its output signal and the technical keys of its apPlications.According to the characteristic of PSD,its applicationmethods are explored.
