摘 要:针对仿真培训的特点、提出了一种分馏塔的简化动态建模方法。在一定假设条件下,通过分段、塔板集总、组分集总,得到分馏塔的包括开工、停工、正常运行以及各种事故状态的全工况数学模型。A simplified dynamic modelling of distillation columns is proposed in accordence with the characteristic of simulation training in this paper.A dynamic mathematic model comprising routine operation and a typical conditions such as startup, shutdown and breakdowns has been developed through segmentation,tray lumping and component lumping.The results of simulation and its application in a certain plant verified that the modelling could obtain satisfied effects.The model can also be used on the analysis and design of control systems.
