摘 要:研究了丙烯在杂多酸(HPA)催化剂上的齐聚过程。考察了催化剂制备条件,例如载体选择、杂多酸种类和浓度及工艺条件、反应温度对丙烯齐聚催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,合适的载体是大孔硅胶,磷钨酸和硅钨酸催化剂活性最高,而磷钥酸催化剂几乎无活性;催化活性随杂多酸浓度和反应温度的提高而提高。当使用25%磷钨酸/硅胶浸渍型催化剂时,在P=4.0MPa,T=150℃,LHSV(液时空速)=1.Oh ̄(-1),丙烯浓度为50%的条件下,丙烯转化率为81.8%,壬烯选择性为31.8%,十二烯加十五烯选择性为62.5%。The propene oligomerizatiOn on the heteropolyacids has been studied.A variety of factorsin the preparation of the catalyst as well as in the technological process were investigated. Ex-periments showed that phosphotungstic acid and silicotungstic acid have higher activities co阶pared with phosphomolybdic acid which is almost inactive. Sillcon gel with large pores is theproper support of the catalyst.The catalytic activity increased with the increase of heteropoly-acids concentration and the reaction temperature. Typically,for the catalyst comprised of 25%phosphotungstic acid deposited on silicon gel,the propene conversion could be about 81.8%with the selectivity of nonene about 31.8%and the selectivity of dodecene plus pentadeceneabout 62.5%under following conditions of p=4.0 MPa,T=150℃,LHSV=1.0h ̄(-1) andpropene concentration of 50%in feed gas.
