摘　　要：比较了可用做酯交换法合成碳酸二甲酯的多种均相和非均相催化剂的性能。给出了甲醇与碳酸二甲酯二元体系的气液平衡性质，叙述了该二元体系所形成共沸液的分离方法。设计了用酯交换法生产碳酸二甲酯的工艺流程，给出了物流表和消耗指标。In the present paper the comparison of the properties of many homogene ous and heterogeneous catalysts for DMC synthesis by ester exchange method has been made.The vapor-liquid equilibrium property for the binary system of MeOH-DMC has been given. The separation methods of the azeotrope formed by the above binary system have been described,the technological process for the DMC production by the ester exchange method has been desig ned,and the mass flows and raw material consumptions of the designed pro cess have been tabled.
