摘　　要：紫脲酸铵——萘酚绿B是一种新混合指示剂。它由紫脲酸铵0.5g、萘酚绿B0.01g,研混合均匀后用氯化钠50g稀释而成。在pH14左右的碱性条件下,以EDTA作滴定剂测钙,与现在使用的几种指示剂相比,它具有滴定终点前后色差大、变色敏锐、易观察等优点。因此使用该指示剂测钙,精密度和准确度都较高。使用新指示剂测定钙,溶液中钙离子含量在10mg/ml到0.5μg/ml范围内都适用,尤其在低浓度,即接近0.5μg/ml时效果更好。murxide-naphthalene phenol green is a new mixed indicator which is prepared by mixing 0.5g ammonium purpurate, 0.01g naphthalone phenol green B and 50g of sodium chloride. Calcium ion can be tittrated with EDTA at pH 14 using murxide-naphthalene phenol green B as a mixed indicator. There are a lot of merits in comparison of the new mixed indicator with others, e.g. clear colour contrast, sharp colour change and so on. The accuracy and precison for determinating. Calcium ion with this new mixed indicator is very good. The suitable range for determinating Calcium ion is form 1 .0mg/ml to 0.5 u g/ml
