摘 要:本文报道了用干/湿相转换方法制得了具有梯度密度皮层的不对称BAC膜。从膜截面的扫描电镜观察和气体渗透性测定,证明不同形态结构的膜及其气体渗透性能是与由BCA聚合物、溶剂及不同致孔剂组成的铸膜液有关;并发现以紧密而孔径小的闭口空胞组成的过渡层对不对称膜的气体分离有利。这样有效地摆脱了气体分离膜在渗透性与选择性之间相互依存的关系。AbstractIn this paper asymmetric BCA membranes with graded density skin were prepared by dry/wet phase inversion processes. On the basis of SEM observaion of membrane cross-section and gas permeability measurements,three kinds of morphological structures and their gas permeation properties are evidenced in relation to the casting solution which were formed by BCA polymer,solvents and different pore-forming agents. It is found that the transition layer composed of closed-cell with tight and smaller pore-size pores makes the asymmetriC membrane benefit of gas separation. Thus the membrane is effectively decoupled the interdependency between permeability and selectivity
