摘　　要：本文研究了ＦＬ缓蚀剂在非硫酸催化剂的酯化反应体系中对３１６Ｌ不锈钢的缓蚀性能；考察了温度、缓蚀剂浓度和浸泡时间对腐蚀速度和缓蚀效率的影响，并在５００吨／年醋酸丁酯生产装置上进行了考核，让明ＦＬ的缓蚀性能优异，设备无明显的腐蚀迹象。The AL corrcsion inhibitor was developed to inhibit the corrcosion of non-sulphuric catalyzed csterification system on316L stain stecl.The cffects of temperature,content and immersion time on the corrsion rate and efficency of inhibitor werestudied.The inhibitor is of anti-corrosion the production of bytyl acetate of 500t/a.
