摘 要:根据作者关于光和氧对银变色加速作用的发现,提出了复合三维防变色膜模型,它能有效地吸收紫外光,抑制亲水性腐蚀介质的浸入和填补防变色膜中可能存在的孔隙。按这模型设计制成的T系列金属防变溶液使用方便,成本低,电性能好,不含有机溶剂,适用于装饰体和电子元器件的坊变色。文中列举了AT-2防银变色剂、CT-1防铜及仿金变色剂、UT-1防金变色剂的使用效果。该成果已经江苏省科委等单位鉴定并在几个工厂使用。A model of combined three dimensional anti-tarnishing film, based on the author's discovery of accelerative action on Ag tarnishing by light and oxygen is presented, and its applications are stated. It can effectively absorb ultraviolet light, prevent the permeation of hydrophilic corrosive medium and fill possible existing pores in the anti-tarnishing film. Series T anti-tarnishing solutions for metals designed on the basis of the model are convenient in use, low in cost and good in electric performances, containing no organic solvent and suitable for the anti-tarnishing of decorating parts and electronic elements and devices. The effects of anti-tarnishing reagents of AT-2 for silver, CT-1 for copper and gold imitation and UT-1 for gold are listed.
