摘  要:从提高电解处理的效率、降低能耗和改善回收沉积物性状的目标出发,通过对含铜工业废水的磁电解处理试验和极化曲线的测定,研究了外加磁场对电解电极过程的影响。结果表明,磁电解技术可使工业废水电解处理的许用电流密度提高1倍多,在本试验电流密度下过电位降低50%以上,从而使槽电压和能耗降低,并可获得性状优良的回收沉积物。or the sake of raising the electrolytic efficiency,reducing the energy consumption, and improvingthe characteristics of recovered deposit, the influ-ences of applied magnetic field on the electrodeprocess were studied by means of magneto-electrolytic tests and polarization curve determinationfor industrial wastewater containing copper. Theresults indicate that during the magneto-electrolytic treatment of industrial wastewater the allowable current density was increased by over100%, and the overpotential under the conditionof tested current density was decreased by over50%. Thus the cell voltage and the energy costwere decreased, and the metal deposit with exceL lent characteristics was obtained.
