烤羊肉串摊点对乌鲁木齐市农贸市场空气质量的影响

摘  要:对乌鲁木齐市两个农贸市场的空气污染状况及从业人员血中碳氧血红蛋白的水平进行了调查。结果表明:市场内空气中NO_x、SO_2、CO的浓度较高,超标率分别为57.14、20.93、77.18%;主要污染源为风味小吃烤羊肉串摊点燃煤及烹制过程;从业人员肺泡气CO含量和血中碳氧血红蛋白水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。The investigation of air quality in farm and trade market and the level of HbCO in blood of seller were cobucted. The results showed that the concentration of SO_2. NO_x, and CO in market was high; Ultra standard rates of SO_2, NO_x, and CO were 20. 93%, 57. 14%, 77. 18% respective1y; Main source of contemination was burning of coal and cooking procedure of roast lamb meat;The content of HbCO in blood of seller was significant higher than that of control (P<0.01).
