摘  要:对天津市近郊氟危害地区改饮滦河水后地方性氟中毒的预防效果做了调查分析。选不同改水年限的8~12岁儿童开展氟斑牙及尿氟调查,改水11年后氟斑牙指数为0.31,呈非流行趋势;改水6年后氟斑牙指数为0.91,氟斑牙的流行趋势明显降低,且中、重度氟斑牙率明显减少;尿氟含量变化改水前为4.95mg/L,改水后3个月为2.24mg/L,改水后6个月为1.57mg/L,改水后2年为1.78mg/L,改水3年后为1.76mg/L。尿氟变化在改水6个月后己接近正常水平。his paper has made analysis the effect of prevention endemic fluorosis after drinking Luan He river water at the risk of fluoride in Tianjin suburbs,examed the dental fluoorosis and uric-fluoride in 8-17 years old child according to the different time of drinking improvement water.The dental fluorosis index was 0.31 during 11 years after water improvement,appear non-prevalent trends,the dental fluorosis index was 0.91 during 6 years,the provalent trends came down and the dental fluorosis at the medium ,heavy degree out down evidently,The uric-fluoride was 4.95mg/L before water improvement,while the uric-fluorosis was 2.24mg/L,1.57mg/L,1.78mg/L,1.76mg/L during 3 months,6 months,2 years,3 years after water improvement.The variations of the uric-fluoride approach normal level during 6 months after water improvement.
