The Effects of NO_2 and LPG Combustion Productson the Levels of Lipid Peroxide and Collagen inLung and Urinary Hydroxyproline in Rats

摘  要:本研究分别观察了NO2染毒和LPG燃烧产物自然暴露对Wistar雄性成年大鼠肺脂质过氧化、肺胶原含量和尿HOP排泄的影响及其相互关系。结果发现7.52mg/m^3的NO2对三者均有一定影响,染毒剂量不同大鼠尿HOP排泄也有相应的变化。尿HOP的变化早于肺胶原含量,且两者有一定的相关关系。LPG燃烧产物暴露期间,尿HOP含量一直高于对照组,但未见肺胶原含量的变化。he effects of NO2 and LPG combustion products onthe level of lipid peroxide and collagen in lung and urinaryHOP in male adult wistar rats were observed in the paper.With NO2 exposure,rats were exposed in glass chambers(2501)containing 7.52mg/m3 NO2 hrs daily,and controlgroup were exposure to atmosphere. Each exposed groupand control group were sacrificed at exposure 0,5,13,28,42 days. the levels of lipid peroxide(by TBAreaction)in lung of exposed group were significantly in-creased(p<0.05)at 5 days.Analysis of urinary HOP re-vealed significant increase at 5 days ,then returned towardthat of control group at 13 days and decreased significantlyat 28 and 42 days(p<0.01 p<0.05,respectively).themechanism of these variation was discussed in the paper.With LPG combustion products exposure, rats were ex-posed to pollutants containing 2.17±0.55 mg/m3 NO2 4hrs daily for 8 and 16 weeks.The levels of urinary HOP ofexposed groups were higher than that of control group dur-ing 16 weeks exposure.The significant increasing of lipidperoxide contents in exposed group was also observed at 8weeks. There was a significant correlation between the lev-els of lipid peroxides in lung and the levels of urinary HOPr=0.591,p<0.01.No change of pulmonary collagen con-tent was found.These evidence show that urinary HOPmight reflect of NO_2 on collagen metabolism and might beused as a good health effect indicator.
