摘 要:本文评述了炭浆法工艺中存在着炭损失金问题,采用化学热处理法制备了磁性活性炭,与普通活性炭相比,其吸金速度和载金容量相近,吸附之金能顺利解吸,它经多次重复使用后仍保持磁性,采用磁选机可回收75%以上碎载金炭。磁性炭用于炭浆法是可行的。采用磁性炭浆法工艺(MCIP/MCIL)可以明显提高黄金回收率。In CIP or CIL process, there is a problem of a loss of crushed gold-loading carbon discharged along with tailing pulps.A kind of advanced carbon,m.a.c.(magnetic activated carbon),was produced by method of chemical heat treatment.It has approximatly the same edsorptive rate and final gold-loading capacity as conventional activated carbon. The adsorbed Sold is also easily desorbed from m.a.c.It can remain its magnetic properties after reusing.Crushed gold-loading carbon in pulp can be recovered by a special magnetic separator.So it is possible to develop a new process.By Magnetic Carbon-In-Pulp process(MCIP or MCIL),the recovery rate of gold can be raised obviously.
