摘　　要：本文根据矿业技术经济学的原理，运用动态分析法对留矿采矿法留存矿石积压资金的时间价值进行了较为全面的分析，并结合当前的采矿技术条件，推导出了留存矿石积压资金的时间价值的计算公式。这就使得对该问题的分析，达到了定量化的阶段。同时也为采矿技术方案的比较与评价提供了可靠的经济学依据。Based on the principles of mining technical economics ,the dynamic alalyses of time value of ore remaining and funds overstocking are made in the employment of shrinkage stoping method ,From which the calculating formulae of such time value are derived ,combining with the current technical conditions .This makes these analyses quantitative and offers reliable economic basis for the evaluation and comparisons among the mining programs .This paper makes a detailed description .
