摘　　要：新城金矿主竖井施工中发生井颈钢筋混凝土下沉，采用在井颈钢筋混凝土下面用临时钢管加砖垛支撑，短掘短砌的施工方法进行矫正，达到了部颁验收标准。这种施工方法值得在今后竖井施工中借鉴。Due to drop-down of the reinforced concrete of mine-shaft neck took place during constructing main shaft in Xin-Cheng Gold Mine, the steel tubes and brick piles were laid under the dropped reinforced concrete to support it temporarily and a construction method of short-range excavating and brick laying was employed to make the dropped mine-shaft neck rectified.By doing so, the construction of mine-shaft in this gold mine was up to the criterion issued by M.M.I.The author believes that this method can be used in other mines for reference.
