摘 要:本文介绍了全自动石英砂、无烟煤双层滤料废水过滤技术及装置的试验和应用,详细说明了自动过滤、自动反冲的基本原理,运行机理及装置的结构。作为电镀废水化学处理后的二级固液分离设备,浑浊度一般可稳定在1mg/L左右,一般重金属离子能达到国家工业废水排放标准。该设备实现了过滤和反冲的全自动,减轻了劳动强度,过滤后的水能用于反冲或回用于生产,节省了能源。Tests and applications of automatic installation with 2-layer filter materials, quartz sand/anthracite, for wastewater filtration are introduced. Basic principles of autofiltration, and auto-recoill operating mechanism and structure of the installation are discussedin detail. with this secondary solid/liquid separation equipment for plating wastewater having been treated by chemical treatment, turbidity can be kept at about 1mg/L and the concentrations of various heavy metal ions conform to National Discharge Standard for Industrial Wastewater. The installation makes filtration and back wash automatic, it reduces labour intensity and energy consumption because of the filtered water returned to be used for back wash or reuse in production.
