摘 要:为了探索EDRF合成拮抗剂──左旋硝基精氨酸(N ̄G-Nitro-L-Arginine,L-NNA)能否诱导大鼠产生持续性高血压,本实验动态测定Wistar大鼠应用L-NNA后血压、心率、心脏重量,主动脉环反应性变化,组织及血浆生化改变。结果表明,应用L-NNA的各组血压均逐渐明显升高;心率在第七天开始减慢,至28天时减慢最显著,此时心脏绝对重量也明显增加;主动脉环对NE、ET收缩反应明显增强,对Ach舒张反应明显减低,组织cGMP明显减低,组织及血浆ET明显增高,血浆PRA、AGTⅡ明显减低,血浆MDA明显增高。o explore whether prolonge administration of N ̄ g-Nitro-L-Arginine(L-NNA ) can inducesustained hypertension in rats. We divied thirty female Wistar rats into five groups according tothe duration of L-NNA treatment.L-NNA may induced significant hypertension in all rats. Bloodpressure was much higher in all treated groups than that in control group(P<0.01).Heart ratesreduced at 1d and reduced significantly at 28d. Increase in heart weight was found in 28d group.Maximal constricting responses of aortic rings to ET and NE were significantly augmented anddose-dependent relaxation by Ach decreased markedly. The ET levels of plasma and tissue fromaoriic strip werc heigher and cGMP levels of aortic tissue were lower.Plasma AGT Ⅱand PRAwere reduced. Plasma MDA was increased.
