摘 要:本研究观察了闭合性创伤小鼠淋巴细胞膜流动性的变化及其与脂质过氧化作用的关系。结果显示,创伤后来源于脾脏、胸腺及肠系膜淋巴结的淋巴细胞膜流动性降低,淋巴组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及维生素E(VE)含量均明显降低。淋巴细胞膜流动性同各指标变化密切相关。创伤血清中MDA、SOD及VE含量也显示类似变化。VE和SOD体内应用可明显降低创伤小鼠血清及淋巴组织中MDA水平,并提高淋巴细胞膜的流动性。上述结果表明,创伤后脂质过氧化作用可能是淋巴细胞膜流动性降低的重要原因。hanges of lymphocytes membrane fluidity and its relation to lipid peroxidation after closed trauma in mice were ob-served.The results showed that membrane fluidity of lymphocytes from spleen,thymus and mesenteric lymph nodes were re-duced after trauma. Malondialdehyde (MDA).con tents in lymph tissues were increased while glutathine(GSH),GSH perox-idase(GSHPx),superoxlde dismutase(SOD),vitamin E(VE)contents were reduced significantly.Lymphocytes membranefluidity was related to changes of these parameters closely. MDA,SOD and VE contents in serum post trauma also showedsimilar alterations. In vivo administration of VE and SOD can reduce MDA levels in serum and lymph tissues from trauma-tized nuce,and increase lymphocytes membrane fluidity.These results suggest that lipid peroxidation after trauma may beone of the important causes to reduce lymphocytes membrane fluidity.
