摘  要:本文采用静压支承优化理论,设计出一种阻尼管型径向摆缸液压马达球面静压支承滑靴副,它具有功率损失最小和刚度最大等优点。由动态仿真证实新结构还具有良好的动态性能。To eliminate the wear existing in the spherical friction pairs between the eccentric crankshaft and the connecting rod of radial swing piston hydraulic motor, the capillary type spherical hydrostaic friction pairs with characteristics of minimum power loss and maximum oil stiffness is designed on the basis of optimization theory. By means of dynamic simulation, theexcellent dynamic performances of the new structure are proved, and the effect of the supply pressurs on dynamie characteristics of friction fairs is also analysized.
