摘　　要：本文根据非圆齿轮的加工方法，分析了用渐开线刀具加工非圆齿轮时齿廓曲线法方向的形成特点，进而提出一种非圆齿轮副重合度的精确计算方法。This paper analyzes the generatingcharacter of the normal direction of tooth profile of noncircular gear with a involute gearcutter,based on the cutting method of noncircular gear, and poses a method to calculatethe contact ratio of noncircular gear pair accurately.
