摘  要:采用单辊平面流铸工艺成功地制取了加硼高速钢M2+1.1B、M2+1.5B、M2+2.0B的急冷条带。条带具有极高的硬度,其组织由微晶和非晶混合组成。M2+1.1B急冷态主要由细小均匀的亚稳过饱和δ-Fe胞状微晶组成,硼含量愈高,非晶度增大,M2+2.0B急冷态主要由非晶组成。The melt spinning process of the boron modified M2 high-speed steel-M2+1.1B,M2+ 1.5B and M2+2.0B,is discussed in this paper. The planar flow casting method is used to obtain a rapidly solidified ribbon. The ribbon has high hardness.The rapidly solidified ribbon of M2+ 1.1B consist almost entirely of a single homogeneous,metastable and highly super-saturated δ-Fe,which has ultrafine solidified cells.With the increase of boron content,the amount of amorphous phase increases gradually.The as-quenched M2+2.0 B alloy is amorphous almost.
