摘  要:研究了离子束混合对一些金属摩擦性能的作用,发现经离子束混合处理后表面耐磨性能比未处理的提高4~15倍。利用X射线衍射分析发现处理后的表面化学组成及微观结构都发生了变化,这正是耐磨性能提高的关键因素之一。本文介绍对试样X射线衍射分析的研究情况。It was investigated that the ion beam mixing effect on the wear resistance and frictional behavior of the steel specimens, and found the wear resistance of the prepared surfaces of specimens greatly improved. The wear resistance is four to fifteen times for prepared surfaces than for unprepared surfaces of specimens. It has been found that the change of the elemental components and the surface structures, by means of X-ray diffraction. This is one of the significant reasons for the surface modifications above. This paper reports X--ray diffraction analysis of these specimens.
