摘  要:对用复合电沉积法制备的α-Al2O3/Cu复合材料进行了磨损特性的研究。结果表明,α-Al2O3颗粒的粒径、形貌及其含量对复合材料的耐磨性有显著影响。粒径3μm的球形α-Al2O3含量越多,复合材料的耐磨性越好。磨损形式为粘着磨损、磨粒磨损、疲劳磨损三种,以疲劳磨损为主。The wear characteristics of α-Al2O3/Cu composite by electrodeposit have been investigated. The results show that the size,shape and content of a Al2O3 particles have an obvious influence on the wear characteristics of the composite.The higher the content of α-Al2O3 particles which are 3μm size and spheroidal shape,the better the wear resistance of α-Al2O3/Cu composite.The types of wear are adhesive wear and fatigue wear,and fatigue wear is the main type for 3μm α-Al2O3/Cu composite.When the size of particle is too small or the shape irregular,the wear resistance is poorer compared with the former.
