摘  要:研究了两相区加热对45钢的过冷奥氏体转变及淬透性的影响。试验结果表明,与完全奥氏体化加热相比,两相区加热使过冷奥氏体向铁素体一珠光体、贝氏体的转变提前,而向马氏体的转变推迟;两相区加热使钢的淬透性降低。A study has been made on the effect of intercritical heating on the transformation of the undercooled austenite and the hardenability of 45 steel.The results show that upon cooling after intercritical heating, the transformation of the undercooled austenite to proentectoid ferrite-pearlite and bainite are moved up the transformation of the undercooled austenite to martenite is deferred; and the hardenability of steel is descended.
