摘  要:锥辊异面冷辗轧是当今世界上螺旋叶片成形最先进工艺。对辗轧过程的变形、运动学和力学条件进行理论分析,目的在于研究辗轧机调整参数对螺旋叶片成形的影响规律,以便为辗轧机科学调整提供可靠依据。The cold rolling with the axes of the two conical rollers in different Planes is so far in the world the most advanced process for the forming of spiral flights.Theoretical analysis of the deformation, kinematics and mechanics of the rolling process are carried out. On the basis of this one, the effect of adjusting the parameters of rolling process (the adjustment of the pressure parameter s_1, the adjustment of the offset value s_2, the adjustment of the nip height h) on the dimensions of products(spiral radius R and pitch T)are studied. This provides for realizing scientific adjustment of rolling machine.
